National Mall
Washington, DC

The National Mall, was officially established in 1965, and actually protects some of the older park land within the National Park system.

And whether you are visiting the park for the Cherry Festival, or one of its many monuments, you can't escape the rich history, and the struggles its taken to become the country it is today.
