The Marblehead Lighthouse, is located on Lake Erie near Sandusky Ohio.
The Marblehead lighthouse is over 180 years old,
and is the oldest lighthouse in continuous operation on the Great Lakes.

The Lorain Lighthouse, of Lorain Ohio served as a beacon of safety for the Sailors of Lake Erie.
The Lighthouse was decommissioned in 1965, and was bought for $1.00 by the
Port of Lorain Foundation, Inc in 1990
